Some design project triumphs. Include a new protective cage for IMAZE TECH Ltd, to protect there inspection droneball 360 for unreachable spaces. I designed the cage for the client, as a carbon fibre ball which was the prefered material suggested by the client. This went through many iterations to achieve the current prototype, which is undergoing extensive testing. Some unconventional impact testing below.
Design project triumphs 2 CLADDY LLC
The brief was to produce fender Flares for the Chevrolet Avalanche. To do this
CLADDY LLC provided cloud point data scans, of the forward and rear wheel arches. These were input into Solidworks and used to provide A1 surface models that define the flares and fixing holes added to bolt the flares to the car. The final files were then used to produce tooling, to manufacture the flares as a vacuum moulding.
